Panattoni, a developer of industrial real estate, has commenced the construction of a new building within Panattoni Park Piła, with an area of 38,500 square meters. The company completed the first building in June 2023. The new facility is set to be delivered to the market in February 2024, and Ceva Logistics will occupy 85% of the space to serve Signify (formerly Philips Lighting).

The location of Panattoni Park Piła, situated 5 km from the center of Piła, is seen as strategic for its proximity to the city and its history as a significant center for lighting component production in Poland.
