Panattoni, a leading global developer of industrial real estate, has completed a new park in Bolesławiec, covering 50,300 square meters. The first tenant, Toyota Boshoku Poland, part of the Toyota Boshoku Group, specializes in automotive components, including ready-made seats and interior parts. This location was chosen for its proximity to Toyota’s headquarters and efficient connections to key markets.

The new 6,500 square meter warehouse will facilitate product transportation to Western Europe and support local production.

Panattoni Park Bolesławiec offers excellent road connections, including proximity to the A4 and A18 highways. The facility includes 184 car parking spots, 12 for heavy goods vehicles, and 91 loading docks. It features energy-efficient solutions aimed at reducing operational costs and is set to achieve BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
