Panattoni has purchased a 17 hectare plot near Grodzisk Mazowiecki and is starting a new development. Panattoni Park Grodzisk VI will reach 80,000 square meters, with the first tenant being a leading Polish furniture manufacturer. The tenant will lease 47,700 square meters for a central warehouse for domestic and European distribution. The park, located in Kozerki next to road 719 and 8 km from the A2 motorway, offers strong logistics connectivity. The project will be BREEAM Excellent certified and include energy efficient features such as a photovoltaic ready roof and LED lighting.

The Warsaw region remains Poland’s strongest warehouse market, with nearly 7.3 million square meters of space, 2.2 million delivered by Panattoni.
