Panattoni starts construction of 20,000 square meter area facility in Bieruń

Panattoni has commenced construction of a new facility, Panattoni Park Bieruń I, with a nearly 20,000 square meter area, set to complete in February 2025. The first tenant, Nodium Group, an e-commerce company owning Sport-Shop.pl, will occupy around 13,000 square meters. Newmark Polska represented the tenant in securing the lease. Panattoni highlighted that Silesia is transitioning from a mining hub to a modern industrial center, particularly in the automotive sector, with companies valuing the region’s transport infrastructure, skilled workforce, and large local market.
Panattoni has already delivered over 2.7 million square meters of industrial space in Silesia, with an additional 211,000 square meters under construction.
