Panattoni to build distribution center for Media Expert for PLN 500 mln
Panattoni will build a logistics complex for Media Expert in Łódź, consisting of two halls totaling over 207,000 m², under a built-to-own model. The investment is valued at PLN 500 million, with construction starting in Q3 2025. The facility will support Media Expert’s growing logistics needs across retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel operations, employing around 300 people.
Located near Łódź’s S14 expressway, it will distribute products like electronics, appliances, bikes, garden, and fitness goods. The project will meet high environmental standards, with BREEAM Excellent certification, solar panels, BMS systems, EV charging stations, and bike shelters. Media Expert operates over 600 stores and an online platform, while Panattoni is Europe’s leading industrial real estate developer.
