Panattoni to launch Gdynia project
Industrial space developer Panattoni Europe is planning its first distribution center project in Rumia in the Gdynia area. Called Panattoni Park Tricity North, the scheme will be located near the Baltic Container Terminal and the Tri-City ring road, and will comprise 45,000 sqm of warehouse space in a single building. Construction work on the development is scheduled to launch in June and finish in the third quarter of this year. The investment will be certified in the BREEAM system. The Tri-City portfolio of Panattoni Europe currently consists of four logistics centers in Gdańsk where the company has already completed 76,000 sqm with a further 80,000 sqm being under construction.
