Panattoni with major tenant for Bydgoszcz park
Logistics company Nissin Logistics has leased almost 18,300 sqm of warehouse space at the Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II park, which developer Panattoni Europe is now building in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship. The project will comprise nearly 40,000 sqm in a single building and is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of next year. Nissin Logistics is the scheme’s second tenant with a Polish logistics operator having earlier leased approximately 5,000 sqm there.
