Panattoni with new urban logistics project in Warsaw
Developer Panattoni Europe is planning a new urban logistics project in the Warsaw market, which will be located near the Warsaw West junction on the S8 expressway. Called City Logistics Warsaw III, the scheme will offer a total of 25,000 sqm in two buildings and has already attracted the first tenant. Trena, an online retailer and wholesaler of beauty and personal care products, has leased 9,000 sqm there. The first areas within the City Logistics Warsaw III development are scheduled to be completed in May next year.
