Panattoni with new warehouse project for DSV
Developer Panattoni Europe has launched construction work on an almost 8,000-sqm warehouse project in Skarbimierz in the Opolskie voivodship, which will be used by logistics operator DSV Solutions. JLL brokered the transaction between the two companies. DSV Solutions will carry out logistics operations for the confectionery, food and beverage company Mondelēz International – which has two factories in the city – at the scheme. The development is scheduled to be completed in April next year.
