Panattoni with Pruszcz Gdański project
Developer Panattoni Europe will build a logistics park project near Pruszcz Gdański in the Tri-city agglomeration, which will sit on 25 hectares of land located close to the A1 motorway. The planned scheme will consist of two industrial/warehouse buildings offering a total of 75,600 sqm. Construction work on the development is scheduled to launch in the final quarter of this year. The investment will bring the volume of Panattoni Europe’s space in the Tri-city area to more than 300,000 sqm.
