Polish Wooden Houses (PDD) together with the general contractor, i.e. the consortium of RISER officially launched an investment in Łódź. Preparatory works are currently underway at the construction site. On the other hand, after the new year, the assembly operations of buildings in the Wood Core House technology will begin. It is a patented system of building modular wooden frame structures, created for modern and ecological construction.
11 single-family terraced houses with 14 parking spaces will be built in Łódź. Currently, preparatory works and works related to the detailed design of buildings, roads, and installation networks are in progress. After the new year, when the general contractor receives an official building permit, foundation, and assembly work on the building structures in the Wood Core House technology will begin.
“The symbolic groundbreaking is an important moment for us. We officially start our first investment with the conviction that it is in the hands of professionals. The technology we focus on, i.e. the modular system of the manufacturer Wood Core House, is a guarantee of durable, safe, and energy-efficient homes. According to the schedule, the construction will be completed in the last quarter of 2021 and I hope that the keys will also be handed over to the first residents. We are planning to start new investments soon. We are also constantly expanding our land bank,” Tomasz Szlązak, President of the Management Board of PDD, said.
