Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) and PKO Bank Polski have signed an agreement finalizing the office lease for the Skysawa complex. This agreement resolves the financial settlement issues related to the Skysawa investment, allowing full utilization of the complex.

The agreement is expected to improve PHN's liquidity, enhance its financing capacity, and facilitate future project development. It also opens the door to broader cooperation between the two companies. PHN President Wiesław Malicki emphasized the importance of this resolution and its potential for further partnership.

Skysawa, completed in June 2022, is a flagship PHN project and fully leased by PKO BP, offering a prime location with direct metro access.
