PHN to start building flagship Warsaw scheme

Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed, state majority-owned real estate investor Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) will in the coming days launch construction work on its planned Skysawa (previously known as PHN Tower) office and retail project in the Polish capital. Located on ul. Świętokrzyska in the downtown of the city, the scheme will comprise approximately 40,000 sqm of space in a 155-meter skyscraper and an accompanying lower building. The development is being commercialized by Colliers International.
