PKB Inwest Budowa Begins Construction of Retail Park in Nowa Ruda
PKB Inwest Budowa has received a legally binding construction permit for its latest project – a modern retail park in Nowa Ruda, located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
The retail and service complex, designed for convenient, everyday shopping, will be built on Pułkownika Józefa Sokoła Street in Nowa Ruda. The site is near Provincial Road No. 381, which connects Nowa Ruda with Wałbrzych and Kłodzko. This major transportation artery will provide easy access to the facility for a wide range of customers, including city residents and the 160,000 residents of the Kłodzko County.
The project will include three retail and service buildings with a total lease area of 5,700 sqm, featuring ten stores from well-known and popular brands. Each store will have direct access to the parking lot, which will offer 155 parking spaces for motorized customers.
