PKB Inwest Budowa Begins Construction of Shopping Park in Wrocław
PKB Inwest Budowa has obtained a final building permit for the construction of a modern shopping park in Wrocław, located on Średzka Street. This marks the developer’s sixth project initiated this year.
The project will be situated in the rapidly developing Leśnica district, directly on National Road 94, 12 kilometers from the city center. The Wrocław Leśnica railway station is also nearby.
Currently, the site houses an unused building of the former "Leśnica" shopping center, which will be demolished to make way for the modern shopping park, transforming the area. The new facility will offer 3,565 sqm of rental space. The development will include over 100 parking spaces for customers, ensuring convenient access to all tenant locations.
