PKP and Polregio intend to employ up to 300 PKP Cargo employees in June
Polish passenger rail company Polregio signed a deal with freight company PKP Cargo to employ up to 300 of PKP Cargo's employees facing layoffs due to restructuring. The program starts this June and targets workers in train operations, maintenance, and repair. Polregio offers continued careers in a stable environment, with help acquiring qualifications for a smooth transition. This collaboration benefits both sides: Polregio gains experienced staff to meet growing demands, and PKP Cargo helps its employees find new jobs in their field.
