Plus Network increases range of fiber optics to 11 mln homes in Poland

More than 11 million homes and apartments in Poland are now within the reach of the Plus fiber-optic network, owned by the Polsat Plus Group, according to Polkomtel, the network’s operator. This represents the largest fixed internet coverage in the country, the company emphasized.
“Nearly 23 million people can already use Plus’s ultra-fast home internet, offering speeds of up to 1 Gb/s. Such speed enables comfortable use of digital services—from 4K streaming and online gaming to smooth video conferencing and remote work,” the statement said.
The Polsat Plus Group is a media and telecommunications conglomerate that includes Cyfrowy Polsat, Polkomtel (Plus network operator), Netia, Telewizja Polsat, the Interia Group, PAK-Polska Czysta Energia, and Port Praski.
