Poland and India to work on AI project
Poland and India could jointly develop AI systems for production automation, data analysis, diagnostics and infrastructure management, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said at a business forum in Bengaluru on Oct. 23. He described AI as a tool already shaping companies’ competitiveness and urged cooperation between universities and research institutes in machine learning, data analysis and safe AI use. Tusk also said the countries could build AI tools for small and midsize businesses that lack in-house research capacity. The Polish delegation highlighted digital technology and aerospace.
Tusk pointed to Poland’s expertise in electronics, optical systems, software and satellite-data analysis, and cited Polish astronaut Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski and Indian astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla’s participation in the 2025 Ax-4 mission as a model for industrial cooperation.
