Poland is among the largest bicycle producers in the EU - Eurostat
Poland produced more than a million bicycles in 2022 and is the fifth largest bicycle producer in the EU, Eurostat data showed. In total, the EU countries produced 14.7 million bicycles, 10% more compared to the previous year.
The largest producer in 2022 was Portugal, with the highest production at 2.7 million units, followed closely by Romania at 2.6 million, Italy at 2.5 million, and Germany at 1.7 million.
