Poland has received PLN 40 billion from the second and third payment requests under the National Recovery Plan (KPO), according to Minister Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz. This brings the total to PLN 67 billion, aimed at fostering economic growth in the coming years. The funds will support investments such as creating new childcare places, expanding high-speed internet, thermal modernization of buildings, upgrading energy networks, and building wind farms.
The Ministry plans to submit the fourth and fifth payment requests, totaling up to PLN 30 billion, later this year. These funds will also focus on energy efficiency, safe and sustainable transport, digital infrastructure for education, and energy security. Ensuring KPO financial continuity remains a government priority for 2025.
