Poland still recognizes driving licenses obtained in Great Britain

Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed on its social media profile that after the end of the UK's transition period from the European Union, i.e. after December 31 last year, Poland will continue to recognize the British driving license. The document will be considered valid for the period for which it was issued.

At the same time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs that after returning to Poland within six months, the British driving license will have to be exchanged for a Polish one. The resort encourages you to visit the website brexit.gov.pl, where you can find more information about the new regulations.

Brexit has become a fact on "civilized" principles. Almost a week after the United Kingdom and the European Union, two sides of the negotiating table announced that they had reached an agreement, the document was officially signed.

Charles Michel, President of the European Council, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, and Prime Minister Boris Johnson made it known via social media.
