Poland's industrial and logistics market saw a record 1.76 million sq m leased in Q2 2024, positioning the country among Europe's top performers. A significant 56% of transactions involved large-scale leases, with gross demand reaching 2.7 million sq m in the first half of 2024, a 23% year-on-year increase. Key deals include LPP's lease of 103,000 sq m at Bydgoszcz and a confidential tenant’s 91,000 sq m at Panattoni Park Wrocław. Developers delivered 1.64 million sq m of space, with a 9% year-on-year increase, totaling 33.52 million sq m. New projects, sustainability initiatives, and robust tenant activity continue to drive Poland’s warehouse market, with expansions in Lower Silesia and Kraków leading the charge.
