Polish businesses exist in demanding technological and regulatory environment

Technological change, market shifts, and new regulations are reshaping business realities in Poland. At SAP NOW AI Tour Poland 2025 in Kraków, experts highlighted how companies face growing cost pressure, cybersecurity risks, and ESG reporting demands, while struggling with outdated systems and digital transformation challenges. AI and data-driven decision-making were identified as key to maintaining competitiveness. SAP Polska CEO Piotr Ferszka emphasized that AI is a strategic advantage, not a gadget.
Speakers from Microsoft, SAP, and the Ministry of Digital Affairs stressed cybersecurity, modernization, and Poland’s 2035 digital strategy. Case studies from firms like Amica, Orlen, and Grupa Azoty showed that effective technology adoption improves efficiency and resilience. The conference gathered nearly 700 participants.
