Polish companies testing but not ready for strategic implementation of AI
A survey commissioned by WEBCON shows that 80% of Polish managers use AI, but mainly for simple office tasks such as text creation, data analysis, and report preparation. Only 8% of large Polish companies are ready to strategically implement AI in core business processes, compared to 41% in Germany. The main barriers include concerns about data security—especially when using cloud-based LLMs—and a lack of technological skills. Although 82% of managers in Poland believe AI could improve team performance, many do not know how to apply it effectively.
Meanwhile, German managers are far more likely to receive AI training, while one-third of Polish managers have had none. Experts emphasize the need for education, clear strategies, and moving from experimentation to practical integration.
