Polish exports are looking for new markets in Balkans, Asia and America

Polish companies are accelerating foreign expansion beyond the EU, targeting the Balkans, the Americas, Asia, and Africa to diversify risk, counter competition, and secure new growth sources, according to PFR TFI. The Western Balkans attract investors with strategic location, competitive labor costs, and EU accession prospects, while North America offers regulatory stability, infrastructure, and innovation hubs.
Markets like India, Vietnam, Morocco, and Chile provide growing middle classes, less competition, and higher margins, but require strong local knowledge. The Foreign Expansion Fund (FEZ) under PFR TFI finances, advises, and shares risk, enabling mid-sized firms to enter less obvious but promising markets. Since 2016, FEZ has financed 20 transactions, supporting safer, faster global growth.
