Polish Financial Supervision Authority imposes PLN 600,000 fine on ML System
The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has imposed a fine of PLN 600,000 on ML System for failing to disclose confidential information about their collaboration with Medyk Medical Center. This lack of disclosure disrupted market transparency by depriving investors of knowledge about significant developments related to the "Covid Detector" device. The decision is not final, and ML System has the option to request a reconsideration by the KNF or file a complaint with the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw without first appealing to the KNF.
