Polish FinQbit to use quantum computers to assess financial risks
FinQbit, a Polish deep-tech startup, raised PLN 3 million to build a SaaS platform that lets financial institutions run complex risk-analysis models on quantum computers and GPU accelerators. Founded by industry veterans Tomasz Ćwik and Rafał Pracht, the company converts mathematical problems into forms suitable for quantum hardware, enabling faster valuations and more accurate risk measurements. FinQbit partners with cloud providers and quantum-tech firms, aiming to give analysts quantum capabilities without requiring physics expertise.
The startup has attracted over USD 1 million in funding from international investors and is already working with European banks. As quantum computing advances, finQbit plans global expansion and hopes to become a leader in quantum financial analytics.
