Polish investors becoming more and more interested in Spanish real estate

Spanish real estate is increasingly attracting Polish buyers, who now rank fourth among foreign property purchasers there. In 2024, Poles bought 4,200 homes in Spain, more than any single Polish developer sells annually. Many invest along the Costa Blanca and in Andalusia, where property prices are significantly lower than in Polish resorts—€2,000–2,500 per m² versus PLN 17,000–31,000 per m² in Poland.
Most purchases are for rental income, managed by professionals. The Polish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce has launched a Real Estate Committee to support investors and developers, as interest grows. Despite rising tourism and some restrictions in cities like Malaga, regions such as Alicante, Torrevieja, and Benidorm remain attractive and unrestricted for Polish investors.
