Polish mint submits offer to mint coins for Costa Rica

Mennica Polska has submitted a bid of $12.36 million in a tender organized by the Central Bank of Costa Rica for the production of circulating coins with a face value of 50 Colones. The total quantity is 150 million pieces. The bid is valid for 60 working days from the submission deadline, starting on December 18. Mennica Polska, recognized as one of the most technologically advanced mints globally, is a leading producer of coins and numismatics in Poland and Europe.
It is also the sole producer of investment gold bars in Poland and a key player in implementing, servicing, and developing smart card systems. Additionally, the company engages in real estate investments in Warsaw and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1998.
