Polish partners take back control of IT company Fellowmind Poland
Polish IT group Euvic will regain majority control of Fellowmind Poland, formerly Bonair, by buying 100% of the company from Sweden’s Fellowmind Company AB for EUR 1.1 mln. After the transaction, the firm will be renamed Euvic Business Applications. Euvic plans to grant 49% of the shares to Daniel Olejniczak, Fellowmind Poland’s vice president and a former shareholder, while retaining a 51% stake and voting control. Bonair was reportedly valued at about EUR 10 mln when Euvic sold its stake in 2020.
Fellowmind Poland specializes in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, CRM and business intelligence implementations. It generated PLN 47.05 mln in revenue in 2025, but reported a PLN 1.63 mln net loss.
