Polish SMEs grow exports

Polish small and medium-sized businesses are increasingly turning to Amazon to grow exports. In 2024, their sales abroad via the platform exceeded PLN 5.1 billion, with over 90% of sellers using Amazon for international trade. More than half of them operate from rural or smaller towns, generating PLN 2.5 billion in export revenue.
In total, Polish companies sold over 35 million products—an average of 70 per minute—mainly to Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. These businesses have created over 13,000 jobs to support their operations.
Amazon supports sellers through AI-driven logistics and marketing tools, as well as Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), which automates storage, delivery, and customer service. Brands like NEONAIL and Kolorofanki report strong growth—over 170% for the former and tripled order volumes for the latter.
Over 70% of sellers export to the EU, using Amazon to test new markets and combat unauthorized sales.
