After the first three quarters of 2025, Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) reports a strong turnaround, posting 630.9 million zł in revenue, over 30% more y/y, and 179.2 million zł in net profit, compared with a loss in 2024. The results confirm the effectiveness of its “New Start” strategy, supported by rising EBITDA and early bond redemption. PHN’s development segment surged, driven by completed residential projects in Warsaw, Wrocław and Łódź. The group is advancing major investments, including the nearly finished VENA office building and several ongoing housing projects across Poland.

PHN is also expanding into renewable energy, building a 28 MW solar farm in Wielkopolska. By 2030, the company aims to deliver 3,200 homes, 40,000 m² of offices and 600,000 m² of logistics space.
