PRCH Retail Awards return
The 16th PRCH Retail Awards, Poland’s top competition for the retail real estate sector, is now open for entries. Organized by the Polish Council of Shopping Centers, the awards recognize innovation, professionalism, and effective practices among property owners, managers, investors, and service providers. Submissions are accepted in over 25 categories—three of them new—until July 15. This year introduces awards for mid-level managers, including leasing, asset, and technical directors, as well as new distinctions for retail parks in ESG, modernization, and recommercialization.
Renowned for its transparent, data-based methodology, the awards are judged by an independent jury of industry experts. Each project is assessed individually, with participants receiving detailed feedback reports. The competition culminates with the PRCH Retail Awards Gala on November 13, 2025. Entry forms and details are available now at retailawards.org.pl, with the application system opening in early June.
