Construction is underway on MiraMar, the third and most prominent building in the exclusive Marina Royale complex in Darłowo, developed by CFE Polska and Belgian investor POC Real Estate. Set directly on the Baltic coast, the 20,800 sqm investment will ultimately include 142 turnkey luxury apartments. Completion is planned for the first half of 2027.

Inspired by Belgian seaside architecture and the Grand Hotel in Sopot, the development features red roofs, elegant turrets, and spacious terraces. The new MiraMar building will include a distinctive dome echoing earlier stages.

Marina Royale also stands out for its use of modern technologies. A unified digital platform streamlines construction management. Self-cleaning façades remain bright white and weather-resistant, while prefabricated balconies of white cement ensure both durability and visual harmony. These innovations combine aesthetics and efficiency, reinforcing the project’s premium status in one of Poland’s most scenic coastal locations.
