Last year, the cost of dental services in Poland increased by nearly 9 percent y/y. Looking specifically at December 2024 data, the annual increase was just under 8 percent. According to analyses by Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS), dental service prices in the country are rising significantly faster than the European Union average. For some experts, this is a shocking revelation.
At the same time, the average household spends relatively little in this sector. In comparison, inflation in the healthcare sector reached over 4 percent in 2024 on an annual basis. Market forecasts suggest that in 2025, dental service prices could rise by approximately 10 percent y/y.
