Prochem Engages in Negotiations with Bechtel for Nuclear Project Support
Prochem is in talks with Bechtel for support services related to permit documentation for a nuclear project, following Bechtel's announcement of initial contracts with Polish firms. The negotiation aims to finalize a framework agreement defining scopes, remuneration, and deadlines. Prochem clarified that hourly rates will determine future remuneration for documentation packages. Responding to Bechtel's press release, Prochem's stock surged by 20.7% during Wednesday's session. Bechtel, along with Westinghouse Electric Company, collaborates with Polish Nuclear Power Plants on delivering three AP1000 reactors for Poland's inaugural nuclear power plant in Pomerania.
