Organised by the Polish Council of Shopping Places (PROH), the awards have become one of Poland’s most respected industry competitions. They recognise projects that deliver measurable results, introduce effective solutions and contribute to the development of retail destinations.

118 entries reflect a dynamic market

The 2026 edition has matched the competition’s record with 118 submissions across 24 categories. Entries cover investments, property management, marketing initiatives and innovative approaches to retail spaces.

The breadth of the competition reflects the diversity of the sector, bringing together property owners, managers, retailers, consultants and business partners.

Recognition built on merit

What gives PROH Retail Awards its credibility is a rigorous, independent evaluation process. Each submission is assessed against category-specific criteria, including business performance, effectiveness and quality of execution.

An independent jury of industry experts evaluates projects individually, with safeguards against conflicts of interest. Neither property size nor project budget determines success.

One evening, the entire industry

The awards culminate in a gala on 19 November in Warsaw, bringing together leading representatives of Poland’s retail real estate market.

Beyond announcing the winners, the evening offers an opportunity to discover outstanding projects, exchange experiences and reconnect with industry peers.
