Property Forum 2025: a two day debate on the future of real estate
Over a thousand participants, 21 thematic sessions, and 123 speakers – the anniversary, fifteenth edition of Property Forum was a platform for in-depth debate, sharing experiences, and important insights regarding key sectors of the real estate market. The main conclusions: the Polish real estate market needs clear regulations that will shorten and simplify procedures related to investment implementation. It is also urgently waiting for the activation of domestic capital, which can attract foreign players and effectively "kick-start" regional markets.
The two-day gathering in Warsaw brought together representatives from business, administration, investors, and experts who jointly discussed trends, challenges, and opportunities for the real estate market in the coming years.
