Property market focuses on resilience
Property Forum 2026 highlighted a real estate market entering a period of adjustment, as investors, developers, tenants, funds and lenders gathered in Warsaw to discuss what now drives asset value and investment decisions. Capital and new opportunities remained central, but demographic shifts, energy access, infrastructure, technology and changing user expectations increasingly shape strategies across the sector.
The same pressures are reshaping individual segments. Logistics and industrial properties must adapt to automation and changing uses, offices to different working models, retail to new consumer behavior, and housing to demographic change. Discussions also focused on premium real estate, data centers and the growing importance of energy and water. The common theme was resilience: creating assets able to retain value as operating conditions evolve over time. The 16th Property Forum brought together 1,100 participants and 145 speakers across more than 20 thematic sessions.
