Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne (PSE) and Energa-Operator have agreed on the first stage of their network development plan through 2033. The aim is to enhance capacity for new energy sources, including offshore wind farms, nuclear power plants, and energy storage systems. The first stage involved analyzing network development needs up to 2033, while the ongoing second stage will extend to 2038 and finalize the full plan.
Energa-Operator is aligning its 110 kV distribution network development with PSE’s transmission plans. The focus includes ensuring energy security, analyzing various network conditions, and identifying necessary investments. The findings will be incorporated into Energa-Operator's development plan, addressing potential issues and investments required for a safe and balanced grid development.
