Celebrating 15 years, Pyszne.pl, Poland’s largest online food delivery platform, is evolving beyond meals. Managing Director Arkadiusz Krupicz and Just Eat Takeaway.com leaders revealed plans to broaden offerings to include pharmacy items, electronics, and household goods, leveraging a 3.6 million active user base and extensive logistics network.

Founded in 2010 with modest EU funding (€100,000) and family loans, Pyszne.pl faced fierce competition. The acquisition by Dutch group Just Eat Takeaway.com accelerated growth, with CEO Jitse Groen noting Poland’s strong work ethic and market potential despite initial investor skepticism.

Pyszne.pl serves 75% of Poles, including small towns, with 17,000 partners. It aims to capitalize on fast delivery, especially appealing to Gen Z’s demand for immediacy. Artificial intelligence will soon personalize orders, marking Pyszne.pl’s shift from food delivery to a broader service ecosystem.
