PZU Group has introduced an AI assistant for all employees
Over 12,000 employees of the PZU Group have gained access to a proprietary AI assistant based on generative artificial intelligence. This is one of the largest such implementations in Poland and part of PZU's broader GenAI initiatives. The AI assistant, available across various PZU companies, supports staff with data and image analysis, text editing, and summarization.
Following a year-long pilot involving 1,000 employees, PZU developed its own secure, internal tool to ensure data protection. The initiative is seen as a major technological and cultural shift in how employees solve problems and embrace innovation. PZU plans to support AI adoption with training materials, webinars, and ongoing guidance through AI ambassadors across the company.
