Three companies from the PZU Group, one of the largest financial institutions in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, have decided to extend their lease at Konstruktorska Business Center in Warsaw for next 10 years. The companies have renewed a total of over 6,500 sqm of modern office space in the building owned by Golden Star Group.

The PZU Group is one of the largest financial institutions in Poland and the CEE region. It is led by Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. (PZU), a publicly traded company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The PZU brand’s origins date back to 1803, when the first insurance company in Poland was established. For over 200 years, insurance activity has been at the heart of the Group’s identity, focusing on providing peace of mind and a sense of security to customers by offering comprehensive insurance protection across all key areas of private, public, and economic life.

The Konstruktorska Business Center houses the offices of three PZU Group companies: Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń, Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń na Życie, and PZU Centrum Operacji.
