Rafał Brzoska: 400 Deregulation Proposals by June

By June 1, 2025, a total of 400 proposals for deregulating Polish law will be submitted, announced Rafał Brzoska, the government’s special representative for deregulation and CEO of InPost. If 150–200 of them are implemented, Brzoska believes the work of hundreds of experts will have proven worthwhile.
Appointed by Prime Minister Donald Tusk in February, Brzoska leads a team tasked with cutting red tape for businesses. The first batch of proposals was delivered in March, and initial projects are expected to reach parliament by May.
Brzoska revealed that early reforms may focus on enhancing digital tools like the mObywatel app and the Internet Patient Account. He also noted that many civil servants are supportive of the changes, with some even submitting their suggestions for streamlining operations within their ministries.
“The fact that officials want these changes too shows we’re on the right track,” Brzoska said in a statement to PAP.
