An expert team has been formed to develop a deregulation package for the Polish economy. A new website, sprawdzamy.com, allows citizens to submit ideas for reducing bureaucracy and improving regulations.

Brzoska, invited by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, aims to create non-political, broad-based proposals to streamline laws. The first proposals include taxpayer rights protections, easing VAT penalties, and reforming temporary arrests. The initiative also calls for ESG reporting reforms and better AI regulations.

Business organizations like BCC, ZPP, and FPP have joined, strengthening the movement. However, concerns exist about government resistance and overlapping initiatives. Brzoska emphasizes the need for effective collaboration to ensure real change in Poland’s regulatory landscape.
