Investment transactions valued at a total of €374 million were finalized in Poland’s warehouse property market in the first half of this year, according to JLL data. This is the biggest H1 volume in the entire history of the sector, the company said in a press release. The largest deals closed in the period in question include the purchase by Hines/Mirae of an Amazon center in Wrocław and a Eurocash center in Konin from Blackstone for €130 million and the purchase by Hines/IGIS AM of the Zalando Lounge center from Hillwood for €85 million.
