Record turnout at ELC 2025

The 10th European Local Government Congress (ELC), held on March 3-4, 2025, in Mikołajki, set a new attendance record with over 2,800 participants, including journalists. The event also attracted more than 160 partners from business, government, and media.
Organized by the Eastern Studies Institute Foundation with the Warmia-Masuria Voivodeship as the main partner, the ELC reinforced its role as Poland’s largest international local government conference. The record turnout fostered extensive networking and collaboration among local government officials, central administration representatives, and businesses.
The Congress highlighted the vital role of local governments as both a foundation and a driving force for development in addressing global challenges. With a growing network of stakeholders, the ELC continues to shape the future of regional governance and economic cooperation.
