Recruitment enthusiasm for Polish companies gets cold

Although as many as 13 percent of Polish enterprises want to expand their teams, employer optimism is weaker than last year, which confirms the Employment Perspective Barometer published by ManpowerGroup. The report presents the recruitment plans of companies for the last quarter of 2019. Jobseekers can expect fewer job offers, especially in agriculture, finance and business services as well as in restaurants and hotels. Sectors that are still willing to recruit new staff are industrial production, construction, and mining.
It is worth adding, however, that it will still be easier to find a job in Poland than in Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
