Report: manager salaries depend on industry

A report by Michael Page reveals that Polish managers earn competitive salaries, though not always reaching the “hundreds of thousands” often rumored. In IT, project managers earn PLN 16,000–22,000 gross, while in manufacturing pay reaches PLN 18,000–25,000, and in real estate up to PLN 26,000. Top executives in Warsaw earn between PLN 40,000 and 140,000 monthly, with real estate managers among the best-paid due to a wave of succession in family firms—44% will soon hand leadership to younger generations. External managers are therefore in high demand, earning PLN 60,000–100,000. In production, salaries range from PLN 25,000 to 55,000, while offshore energy specialists earn PLN 16,000–31,000.
Recruitment processes are lengthening as companies act more cautiously after years of rapid pay growth.
