Report: strategic challenges and opportunities ahead for Poland’s business services sector
The ABSL report “Business Services Sector in Poland 2025” highlights Poland’s strong position as a global leader in business services, with over 2,081 centers employing nearly 489,000 specialists. Despite global uncertainties, the sector continues to grow, driven by skilled talent and strategic adaptability. Key challenges include geopolitical tensions, workforce shortages, and rapid technological shifts, especially in AI and automation. To remain competitive, the sector must invest in talent development and flexible work models. With AI seen as a strategic opportunity by 84.6% of companies, upskilling across all organizational levels is vital. Poland is evolving into a strategic competence hub with the potential to shape, not just follow, global service standards.
